As a courtesy to our guest receiving services, please turn your cell phones and pagers off before entering the spa area and please maintain a quiet level of conversation. Also Men and Children are not allowed in the salon, unless being serviced.

We have the right to refuse any client for any reason.

We want our guests to receive a “no compromise” experience.  If any guest is dissatisfied, we will adjust the original service at no charge to the guest. However all sales are final on products and services. Client complaints must be addressed prior to leaving salon, as we do not offer refunds. Corrections are only done on the date of original service. Our goal is to EXCEED your expectations

When we reserve space on our appointment schedule, our time and services are for you.  If that time becomes non-productive, there is a loss to the operation of our team.  Our policy requires a 24 hour cancellation notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment.  If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $25 Fee

*Chemical Services must be rendered 2 hours prior to closing.

In order to serve you better, we ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. Arriving late will limit the time of your service; which may reduce effectiveness and enjoyment of the service.

We accept most Cash, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

At your discretion, gratuities are graciously accepted since they are not included in our service prices. Gratuities are accepted on credit cards for your convenience .

Should a need arise to exchange a product we ask that you bring the product back within seven days. A product exchange or store credit will be made available.

Gift Cards may be redeemed for services or retail products and must be presented at the time of the appointment or retail purchase. Gift Cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen and will not be refunded. Gift Cards do not expire, however, if they are not used for 12 consecutive months, a $2 per month dormancy fee will be deducted for each following month unless prohibited by law.

We regretfully can not be responsible for any loss, theft or accidental damage to your personal belongings.
